The members of the AR for Enterprise Alliance (the AREA) are cordially invited to attend the second in-person meeting on the morning of May 27 in Santa Clara, California in the Santa Clara Convention Center. 

Meeting Goals

The in-person member meeting, also serving as the second face-to-face board of directors meeting, is being designed:

  • to forge bonds between AREA members,
  • to receive a report of the AREA current budget and membership activity status,
  • to review, modify and to approve the AREA revised program of activities and budget for the remainder of 2014.

To Participate in the AREA Members Meeting

The AREA members meeting is closed to the public. To participate in this meeting, AREA members in good standing need only to complete the on-line registration form

This meeting will take place immediately prior to the Workshop on Open and Interoperable Augmented Reality scheduled for 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM on Tuesday May 27, 2014 and the Augmented World Expo on May 28-29, 2014.

Registration and Fees

To participate in the AREA members meeting, complete the registration form on or before May 20, 2014. There is no fee, however, each participant will be responsible for their travel costs, meals and other incidentals.
